Q: What if I get injured/seriously ill/etc. and can’t make all of my membership classes/make-ups?
Q: What if I paid for a membership and cannot start on the start date?
Q: What if I miss class due to holiday or vacation and cannot attend a make-up within the 3 month timeframe?
I understand that the expiration date of memberships cannot be extended.
A: To be fair to all of our students, we cannot refund or extend expiration dates of memberships. However, if you contact us within 30 days of your membership expiration date, we can change your initial payment so that it will be converted to the cash value you paid, and all classes you did attend can be counted as drop-ins, deducting the drop-in rate/class. The remaining credit will sit in your account indefinitely. Alternatively, you may purchase a new membership, and we will rollover your unused classes to your new active membership!
(Sorry, this does not apply to voucher classes from Groupon, Living Social, Amazon Deals, etc.)
We’re sorry, but we cannot retroactively credit missed classes past the 30 day deadline.
It is your responsibility to contact us while your membership is still active or within 30 days of its expiration if there is a serious issue that will require a ”convert to credit” for your classes or if you wish to purchase a new membership to rollover your unused classes. Failure to do so by the 30 day deadline will result in the forfeiture of any missed lesson(s).
Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule my private lesson?
A: You are required to call Salsa in the Suburbs 48 hours in advance of your lesson to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of that lesson. Please note that payment is due in full at the time of reserving a private lesson time or purchasing a private lesson package.
