Cancellation Policies

Q: What if I get injured/seriously ill/etc. and can’t make all of my pre-paid for classes?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot fill your spot mid-session should you have to withdraw. However, if you keep us informed, and give us 24 hours notice, we would be happy to have you zoom into your class or send you class recordings for the ones you have to miss.

Q: What if I paid for a Workshop, Bootcamp, or Dance party, and cannot attend?

We limit the size of our classes because we have a limited amount of space, and because we want to create the best experience for our students. If you have signed up for one of our Workshops, Bootcamps or parties, you cannot attend for any reason, you will be granted a studio credit as long as you notify us at least 48 hours before the start of the class.

Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule my private lesson?

A: You are required to call/text (610 800 8182) or email Salsa in the Suburbs 48 hours in advance of your lesson to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of that lesson and its payment. Please note that payment is due in full at the time of reservation or purchasing a private lesson package; no refunds.
