Zumba FAQs

Q: Do the same policies apply for Zumba as for dance classes?

A: New Policies Regarding Zumba Class Only:

All of our Zumba classes are “first come, first served” with a max capacity of 20 students (not including the instructor).

This includes students with 10-class memberships, full-price drop-ins, friend/family drop-ins or memberships, Groupon/Living Social voucher students, and students redeeming a free birthday class. Free trial students will be on stand-by, subject to space availability.

Reserve your spot in class ahead of time by clicking here!

To be fair to all of our paying members and drop-ins, please see below about reserving your spot in class:

1. Before first class – all clients with web vouchers must call in advance or visit the studio in-person to redeem a voucher pre-purchased online via Groupon, Living Social, Amazon Local Deals, etc.

Reservations must be made in advance (in-person or via phone) for the first class you will be attending and reservations are subject to class/space availability. Please bring your printed voucher with you on your first visit. After your first visit, your redeemed Groupon/Living Social classes will be placed into YOUR online account and you may reserve/cancel your spot online for future classes.

2. We strongly encourage all members, students, and drop-ins to reserve your spots in advance for upcoming classes if you know you will be attending, so that you will be guaranteed a spot.

Best option — You may reserve/cancel your spot either online or in-person at the studio pre/post class. Alternatively, you may call the studio and speak with someone (or if you leave a message, you will need a callback confirmation that there will be space available).

3. Free trial students will be on stand-by and may join the class subject to space/class availability.

Again, you do need to pre-pay for your class in order to complete your reservation. You may cancel your reservation prior to 24 hours before the class and you will not be charged for the class. However, if you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the class or are a no-show, you may be charged for that held spot in the class. Cancellations may be done online or in-person. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
