“I love taking Zumba while my daughter takes Pretty Princess Pre-Ballet and Tap. She loves getting up on Saturdays and putting her pink dance clothes on, and I love getting a great workout myself, instead of just sitting and waiting in the lobby like at other dance schools!” – Becky Harrison

ZUMBATOMIC® II

Pre-requisite: NONE
Duration: BY PRIVATE LESSON ONLY
Ages: 8 – 12 years old
Instructor: Beth Genther

Designed exclusively for kids (ages 8-12), ZumbAtomic II classes are rockin’, high-energy fitness-parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love, like hip-hop, reggaeton, cumbia and more.

Parents love ZumbAtomic because of the effects it has on kids, increasing their focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism and enhancing coordination. ZumbAtomic rounds out family fitness goals by giving parents a great reason to head to Salsa in the Suburbs Dance Studio – for themselves, for their kids, for a totally fun family experience.

Attire: Students should wear comfortable clothing and sneakers, and students with long hair should have it pulled back and tied up.

Ages: 3 – 4 years old (and MUST be potty-trained)

Our children’s dance classes are designed to be fun for the children, while aiming to enhance your child’s social, physical and intellectual development. Your child will warm-up, go across the floor, and learn choreography which they will perform during “Parents’ Day” twice per year!

Attire: A solid pink leotard, pink footed tights, and a ballet skirt or tutu (knee length or shorter), and pink ballet slippers + black tap shoes. Hair needs to be tied back.
