A high-energy aerobic fusion of multiple genres: Pop, Jazz, R&B, Hip-Hop, and even a splash of Latin!  Each class incorporates cardio dance movement, and stretch & strength exercises. Whether you’re a professional dancer or you took a couple classes when you were a kid, or never even danced before, R & B Fitness keeps you moving with contemporary moves, popular music with a splash of the sassy classics that still keep you groovin’!
No prior dance experience necessary to join in! Both men & women welcome!
