A high-energy aerobic fusion of multiple genres: Pop, Jazz, R&B, Hip-Hop, and even a splash of Latin! Each class incorporates cardio dance movement, and stretch & strength exercises. Whether you’re a professional dancer or you took a couple classes when you were a kid, or never even danced before, Cardio Funk keeps you moving with contemporary moves, popular music with a splash of the sassy classics that still keep you groovin’! No prior dance experience necessary to join in! Both men & women welcome!
*Shauna, the Dancersize Lite teacher, will have you moovin’ and groovin’ all the way home! Her style is “sassy and fun,” and she loves making her students happy, so if you have a song request, please ask! 🙂
