This tap dancing inspired fitness class will have your heart and feet beating to the rhythms of the euphoric music! If you have tap danced as a kid, here’s the perfect time to dust off those shoes and come out for 60 minutes of pure FUN! You will burn calories and sweat, all while making percussion noises from your toes! If you don’t have tap shoes, no problem – just wear sneakers and you’ll still enjoy the fun!
Belly Dance:

Learn to shake and shimmy to exotic tunes with instructor and performer, Kahina! You will learn body isolations and how to dance with lovely scarves! You will leave feeling feminine and elegant!
Barre Fitness:
Barre workouts are a fusion of yoga, pilates, strength training, and ballet. These workouts incorporate specific sequencing patterns and isometric movements that target specific muscle groups and help to improve strength, balance, flexibility and posture. The graceful movements inspired by ballet allow participants to experience a dance element in the workouts and achieve a healthy and toned physique.
All fitness levels are welcome because modifications are easily made to accommodate participants of all levels! All props will be provided. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Participants can be barefoot or have on sticky socks.
*We limit the size of our classes because we have a limited amount of space, and because we want to create the best experience for our students. If you have signed up for one of our Workshops or Specialty Classes and you cannot attend for any reason, you will be granted a studio credit as long as you notify us at least 48 hours before the start of the class.
