Join us for a SPECIAL Yoga Class to welcome and celebrate the NEW YEAR of 2020! Start your year with gentle Yoga and Meditation for new beginnings; Kick off the year in reflection and quiet for what you want to unfold in 2020!

This class is a Gentle Flow Yoga practice with a THEME for New Beginnings incorporating Yoga Goodies: Setting Intention, Asana (Gentle Yoga Poses), Pranayama (Breathing Exercises), Aroma Therapy, with Restorative Savasana using a bolster. Savasana will be followed by Meditation using Pranayama (Breathing Exercises) Mantra (Yoga Affirmation/Chanting), and Journaling.

This yoga class is a therapeutic approach for deeper relaxation of the mind and the body to restore our spirits. The class will focus on using traditional Hatha Yoga Poses that are held for a longer period of time using the support of props such as bolsters, straps, and blocks. This class will use breathing exercises (Pranayama), Yoga Nidra (yoga of sleep) and Mediation (Dhyana) to enable the you to feel more alert and refreshed.

ALL Props included in class. You’re welcome to bring your own. BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT. No prior yoga experience necessary! All are welcome!
